YOU HAVE THE STRENGTH TO HELP US FIND A CURE

Brendon Ayanbadejo and Rebecca Alexander are joining forces to create our very first outdoor workout at Century City in Los Angeles as part of USH Society's Sight Sound & Strength Campaign to raise awareness and money to find a cure for Usher syndrome.

Brendon, a former linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens and member of the Super Bowl XLVII champion team , is the President of Fitness for West Coast Fitness, which owns and operates 18 studios. Rebecca, is an extreme athlete, psychotherapist, published author and disability advocate. She is also living with a rare condition known as Usher syndrome which is the leading cause of combined deafness and blindness. Rebecca currently has about 10-20% of her vision and is completely deaf, aided with 2 cochlear implants.

Brendon and Rebecca will lead a powerful workout class that emphasizes the importance of using our inner strength to overcome any challenge we face.  The 45 minute workout welcomes all people of all fitness levels who are willing to give their all during a high-intensity, cardio-based, workout.
