Rebecca Alexander is an award-winning author, psychotherapist, extreme athlete, disability rights advocate, and motivational speaker who is living with the rare disease, Usher syndrome, which means she is progressively losing both her vision and hearing. Today, about 10 degrees of her vision remains and without the use of 2 cochlear implants, she is completely deaf.
