See Us, Hear Us: An Immersive Exhibition for Usher syndrome
On Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, join the Usher Syndrome Society at ARTECHOUSE NYC for See Us, Hear Us: An immersive digital experience that brings a decade of storytelling to life.
In one unforgettable evening, ARTECHOUSE’s state-of-the-art technology will immerse you in the intersection of a visual spectacle, an educational experience, and a journey into the reality of living with Usher syndrome, the leading genetic cause of combined deafness and blindness
Your senses will be challenged as you emerge from a dark silent hallway into a breathtaking flood of sounds, stories, and color. Floor-to-ceiling portraits and sweeping films will surround you, while microscopic images of the eye and ear grow like celestial constellations. You will witness raw, intimate moments and hear voices of resilience that are typically reserved for private discussions.
See Us, Hear Us is both a work of art and a call to action. You are invited to not just witness, but to engage and change the future of Usher syndrome.
All proceeds from this event will go directly to Usher syndrome research to find treatments and a cure.
Each ticket includes admission to the exhibit, an open bar, and light snacks.
