See Us, Hear Us: An Immersive Exhibition for Usher syndrome

On Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, join the Usher Syndrome Society at ARTECHOUSE NYC for See Us, Hear Us: An immersive digital experience that brings a decade of storytelling to life.

In one unforgettable evening, ARTECHOUSE’s state-of-the-art technology will transform striking portrait photography and powerful documentary-style footage into an emotional, full-sensory exhibition. Attendees will be surrounded by the faces, voices, and lived experiences of individuals and families impacted by Usher syndrome, the leading genetic cause of combined deafness and blindness.

This event will educate the public about Usher syndrome and will raise vital awareness and funding for groundbreaking research aimed at finding treatments and a cure. 

Each ticket includes admission to the exhibit, an open bar, and light snacks.

This immersive fundraising exhibit takes place in a dark space with visual projections on the walls and floors, accompanied by storytelling audio. It is designed to educate the public about life with Usher syndrome.
