Strike out USH

In partnership with the Usher Syndrome Society, Rebecca Alexander was selected to throw the ceremonial first pitch at major league baseball games around the country. This campaign lasted throughout the summer of 2018, with Rebecca and the Usher Syndrome Society throwing the first pitch for the Red Sox, Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and Tampa Bay Rays, each at their respective home fields.

With the goal of raising awareness and research funds for Usher Syndrome, the #StrikeOutUSH campaign included a creative and captivating PSA that featured portraits from the Shine a Light on Usher Syndrome Exhibit, which played at the start of each game.
