All merchandise sales made through the Usher Syndrome Society online store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for merchandise purchases.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can address the issue.

This policy applies to merchandise purchases only and does not apply to charitable donations or event registrations.
