1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided through the Services is intended for general informational, educational, awareness, fundraising, and charitable purposes.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of intellectual property rights in our Services, including website designs, text, audio, video, films, photographs, graphics, artwork, campaign materials, and other content available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as trademarks, service marks, names, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).
Our Content and Marks may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.
The Content and Marks are provided through the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the “PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES” section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and, where appropriate, download or print portions of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This permission does not grant a general right to download, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use photographs, films, videos, interviews, or other visual content appearing on the Services. Such content may not be used without prior written permission from the Usher Syndrome Society or the applicable rights holder.
Except as expressly permitted by these Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without our express prior written permission or the permission of the applicable rights holder.
If you wish to make use of the Services, Content, or Marks beyond what is permitted by these Legal Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
If permission is granted to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must comply with the terms of that permission and appropriately identify the Usher Syndrome Society and/or applicable rights holder.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights may constitute a material breach of these Legal Terms and may result in termination of your right to use the Services.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to agree to and comply with these Legal Terms;
- You will not access the Services through unauthorized automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;

We make reasonable efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of products available through the Services. However, we cannot guarantee that your electronic display will accurately reflect the actual colors or appearance of products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will remain in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We may accept payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other payment methods made available through our payment processors.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your purchase, together with applicable shipping charges and taxes. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process these amounts.
We reserve the right to correct errors or mistakes in pricing and to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including orders that appear to have been placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.
6. RETURN POLICY
All merchandise purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy:
www.ushersyndromesociety.org/returns-refunds-policy/
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for merchandise purchases, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can address the issue.
7. CHARITABLE DONATIONS
Donations made through or in connection with the Services support the charitable mission and programs of the Usher Syndrome Society.
Charitable donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, or was made in an incorrect amount, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can review the circumstances.
The tax deductibility of a charitable contribution depends on applicable law and the donor’s individual circumstances. If a donor receives goods or services in connection with a payment, the tax-deductible portion of that payment may be limited. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
Merchandise purchases and event registrations are separate from charitable donations and may be subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
8. EVENTS AND REGISTRATIONS
The Usher Syndrome Society may offer registration for events, programs, fundraising activities, or other initiatives through the Services or through third-party registration platforms.
Specific events or activities may have additional terms, including registration fees, cancellation policies, participant requirements, releases, or waivers. When applicable, those terms will be provided separately and will apply in addition to these Legal Terms.
Payments for event registrations, sponsorships, or other event-related transactions may be subject to separate cancellation or refund policies communicated in connection with the applicable event.
